Lovely black young female

Valencia was born last year out of a huacaya dam, her sire is a non-homozygous male. We knew this male had very nice huacaya progeny as well, and Valencia is definitely one of them! She even became black champion huacaya at the 2010 Whangarei show: Her fleece was champion, and in the composite she took out the highest honour.

We do like this line, as the females are very strong, become pregnant easily and are excellent mothers. Like her dam she is very friendly and easy going, at the shows kids can cuddle her.

We are planning to mate her to Excellenz Nero Cadiz, our black suri male.
