Excellenz Alpacas started when we fell in love with these gracious and friendly animals. After almost two years of research we bought two wethers as a trial. The rest is history: Within a year we bought our first breeding females.

Our breeding especially focusses on colored suri and white suri. The time we invested in collecting knowledge and the support of very experienced and trustworthy breeders paid off in our first shows. Our initial season was fantastic.

We are very happy with our results on the National alpaca show 2009 . We won Supreme Suri Fleece with our white Suri junior Female Winona: The judges were very complimentary about her lustre, softness and the weight she produced.

Our Black Suri and Grey Suri boys are also taking out a lot of positive comments from the judges!
